RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
ANTARES offers a 7-day return policy for resizing. Place your exchange request and we will assist in facilitating your return.
Jewellery must be returned in unused condition, in the same packaging.
We are unable to accept change of mind and returns on earrings and customised pieces - original shipping charges will not be refunded.
For any order changes, please let us know within 2 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate these changes.
When returning an item, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches our workshop, in unused condition. ANTARES is not liable for any losses during the return process.

WARRANTY
Aligned with our promise of creating long-lasting jewellery. ANTARES offers every purchase 5-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering every piece from faults and defects.
This warranty does not cover:
- Lost items, inappropriate use or storage of your product
- Accidental damage or breakage
- General wear and tear (e.g scratches, tarnishing, fading)
- Important: Any repairs, resizing, or modifications performed outside of ANTARES will void this warranty.
If your item qualifies under the warranty, ANTARES will cover all associated costs.
After the warranty period, if you ever need repairs, adjustments, polishes; ANTARES will offer services for a small fee, ensuring that your piece will always have a place to be looked after.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Your experience from start to finish with ANTARES is a priority to us. Please ensure that you inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We may be unable to accommodate requests outside of a 3-day period.
