What countries do you ship to?

ANTARES is now excited to be shipping internationally. All pieces will be made to order in our Melbourne workshop - kindly allow for 7 business days for your piece to be made.

Please allow our couriers 4 - 20 days for your order to arrive. ANTARES will send through all tracking details and updates via the email utilised in checkout.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow for your order to arrive within 1-3 weeks from purchase, we use AusPost for all orders throughout Australia.

For international orders - please allow 1-4 weeks from purchase for your order to arrive.

What materials do you use?

We use only 9k solid gold and 925 sterling silver—never plated, never vermeil. This is because thin layers of metal wear away and lose their original finish, using only solid gold or silver is the best way to ensure your pieces last for years to come.

What is the difference between polished and oxidised?

Polished pieces have a bright, high-shine finish. Oxidised pieces are treated to create a darker finish that highlights intricate details and gives a more lived-in feel. Our polished & oxidised pieces are made using solid 925 silver.

Can I request a bespoke size?

Do you offer customisations?

Yes, we can customise finishes or use metals not listed on our website for ANTARES designs. If you have something specific in mind, email us at friends@antaresjewellery.com.au and we’ll talk through your options.

Who is making my piece?

Our jewellers Roman and Vlad each have over 30 years of experience, take a look at the card placed in your order to see who made your piece. Our in-house team and experience allows for years of support from the making of your piece, we're always here for any jewellery support needed.

Where is ANTARES jewellery made?

Every ANTARES piece is handcrafted to order in our Melbourne workshop.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

ANTARES offers a 7-day return policy for resizing. Place your exchange request and we will assist in facilitating your return.

Jewellery must be returned in unused condition, in the same packaging.

We are unable to accept change of mind and returns on earrings and customised pieces - original shipping charges will not be refunded.

For any order changes, please let us know within 2 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate these changes.

When returning an item, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches our workshop, in unused condition. ANTARES is not liable for any losses during the return process.

WARRANTY

Aligned with our promise of creating long-lasting jewellery. ANTARES offers every purchase 5-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering every piece from faults and defects.

This warranty does not cover:

• Lost items, inappropriate use or storage of your product
• Accidental damage or breakage
• General wear and tear (e.g scratches, tarnishing, fading)
• Important: Any repairs, resizing, or modifications performed outside of ANTARES will void this warranty.

If your item qualifies under the warranty, ANTARES will cover all associated costs.

After the warranty period, if you ever need repairs, adjustments, polishes; ANTARES will offer services for a small fee, ensuring that your piece will always have a place to be looked after.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Your experience from start to finish with ANTARES is a priority to us. Please ensure that you inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We may be unable to accommodate requests outside of a 3-day period.

How do I look after my piece of jewellery?

Your ANTARES jewellery is made to last, so feel confident wearing it as an everyday piece. Avoid harsh chemicals and take care with detailed pieces so they don’t catch on clothing and delicate fabrics.

What's the best way to clean my jewellery?

For both 925 silver and solid gold pieces, use a soft cloth and warm soapy water to clean your jewellery. Avoid any harsh chemicals such as dishwashing liquid, washing detergent, chlorine, bleach, or other household cleaners.

Tarnishing is a natural process that occurs in 925 silver. Use a silver polishing cloth to bring back the beautiful finish of your jewellery.

While solid gold doesn't tarnish, moisture can cause the gold to develop a patina over time. Regularly cleaning and polishing your pieces will restore their shine.

How do I store my jewellery?

We recommend storing your jewellery in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Use your ANTARES pouch to protect your piece from scratches and exposure to air and moisture.

How do I know my size?

You can use our ring sizers, free with any purchase, or measure a ring you already own. Just measure the internal diameter of your existing ring and check our size chart for the matching ANTARES size.

What sizes do you offer?

Rings are available in sizes 4.5 to 12. Bangles and chain necklaces come in small, medium, and large. Cuffs and chain bracelets are available in small and large. Check our sizing chart for full details.

My size is not available, can I have it custom sized?

Yes, we offer bespoke sizing for most designs. Email us at friends@antaresjewellery.com.au and we’ll organise a custom fit for you.

What happens if I order the wrong size?

If you need to change your order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase and we’ll do our best to update it for you.
