Can I change my order?

Email us within 2 hours of placing it and we'll do our best. Each piece is made to order, so once your piece is on the workshop bench we can't make changes.

When will my order ship?
Every piece is made to order in our Melbourne workshop. Allow 2–7 business days for making, then delivery as below. Every order is tracked, with updates by email.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to 26 countries including the US, UK, Canada and Europe. Duties and taxes are covered by us, so there's nothing extra to pay when your piece arrives.

What if I don't know my size?

Choose the closest. Every order includes a ring sizer, and resizing is always free. See our Sizing & Care guide for measuring at home.

Do you make half sizes or custom sizes?

Yes. Every piece is made for you, so any size is possible, at no extra cost. Add your size in the sizing note on the product page, or email us.

Can I have my piece engraved?

Yes. We hand-engrave one word of up to five characters in our Melbourne workshop, for $30. You'll find the option on each product page. Because engraved pieces are made just for you, they can't be returned or exchanged.

We want you to be happy with your piece. You can exchange a standard, non-personalised piece within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Every order comes with a ring sizer, and resizing is always free. Just email us and we'll organise it for you. Because each piece is handmade to order, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds, and for hygiene and bespoke reasons earrings and personalised or engraved pieces can't be returned or exchanged. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

My piece arrived damaged or incorrect.

Send us an email and we'll make sure your piece is exactly right.

What does the warranty cover?

Every Antares piece carries a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering faults and defects, with lifetime support beyond it. It doesn't cover loss, accidental damage or general wear, and repairs or resizing done outside Antares void it. Our resizing is free, so come to us first.

How do I care for my piece?

See Sizing & Care for full care instructions. The short version: store your pieces in your Antares pouch, clean them with the polishing cloth, and keep them away from harsh chemicals.
