Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return policy for resizing. If you need to exchange your piece for a different size, just contact us at friends@antaresjewellery.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Jewellery must be returned unused and in original packaging.
Please note:
- No returns for change of mind, earrings, or customised pieces.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items reach our Melbourne workshop safely; ANTARES is not liable for parcels lost in transit.

Need to update your order? Let us know within 2 hours of purchase and we’ll do our best to help.
Warranty
Every piece comes with a 5-year warranty covering faults and defects from the date of purchase. If your item qualifies, we’ll cover all associated costs. After the warranty period, we offer repairs and adjustments for a small fee.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect. Requests outside a 3-day window may not be accommodated.
