Order Processing

• All ANTARES jewellery is made to order in our Melbourne workshop.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for your piece to be crafted before dispatch.
• You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Within Australia

• We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries.
• Delivery timeframe: 1–3 weeks from purchase.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

• We ship internationally to select countries.
• Delivery timeframe: 1–4 weeks from purchase, depending on destination.
• International shipping fees, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & Delivery

• All orders receive tracking details via email once dispatched.
• ANTARES is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers.
• Please ensure your shipping details are correct to avoid delivery issues.

Made-to-Order & Availability

• All pieces are made to order; stock is not held.
• Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it until checkout is complete.

Delivery Issues

• If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact friends@antaresjewellery.com.au within 3 days of delivery.
• For international parcels, customs processing times may vary and are beyond our control.
