Order Processing
- All ANTARES jewellery is made to order in our Melbourne workshop.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for your piece to be crafted before dispatch.
- You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping Within Australia
- We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries.
- Delivery timeframe: 1–3 weeks from purchase.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally to select countries.
- Delivery timeframe: 1–4 weeks from purchase, depending on destination.
- International shipping fees, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking & Delivery
- All orders receive tracking details via email once dispatched.
- ANTARES is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers.
- Please ensure your shipping details are correct to avoid delivery issues.
Made-to-Order & Availability
- All pieces are made to order; stock is not held.
- Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it until checkout is complete.
Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact friends@antaresjewellery.com.au within 3 days of delivery.
- For international parcels, customs processing times may vary and are beyond our control.
