Welcome to www.antaresjewellery.com.au (the “Website”). By browsing and using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept them, please cease using the Website immediately. ANTARES reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Please check this page regularly for changes.

Purchases
You can place an order as a guest or by creating an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, and AfterPay. Before completing your purchase, you may review your order and correct any errors.
Order Confirmation & Acceptance
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This is an acknowledgement that we’ve received your order, not acceptance. Orders are subject to availability and may be cancelled if items are unavailable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Shipping
All pieces are made to order in our Melbourne workshop. Allow 7 business days for creation. Delivery times: 1–3 weeks within Australia, 1–4 weeks internationally. Shipping costs and any applicable duties/taxes are calculated at checkout. ANTARES is not liable for losses or delays caused by delivery service providers.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
Customised and bespoke pieces cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please ensure all details are correct before finalising your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return policy for resizing only. Items must be unused and in original packaging. No returns for change of mind, earrings, or custom pieces. Customers are responsible for safe return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For order changes, contact us within 2 hours of purchase.
Warranty
Every piece comes with a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing faults and defects. After the warranty period, repairs and adjustments are available for a small fee. Warranty does not cover lost items, misuse, or unauthorised repairs. Contact friends@antaresjewellery.com.au for claims.
